Recycler alleges trademark infringement

PITTSBURGH A New York recycler is suing a competitor for allegedly infringing its trademark and making defamatory remarks about its practices.
Alpha Recycling Inc. filed the "cyber squatting" and libel lawsuit in U.S. District Court in New York against Timothy Crosby, doing business as Recycling Alpha and Converter Guys in Townshend, Vt.....
