HudBay acquires 92% of Augusta shares

NEW YORK Copper and zinc producer HudBay Minerals Inc. has acquired 92 percent of the outstanding shares of Augusta Resource Corp., which owns the Rosemont copper project in southern Arizona.
HudBays offer to exchange one Augusta share for 0.315 of a HudBay share plus 0.17 of a warrant to acquire a common share of HudBay has been extended from July 16 to July 29 to give other Augusta shareholders time to....
