TransCanada gets pipeline OK

NEW YORK TransCanada Corp. has received regulatory approval to build a 56-mile pipeline in Alberta.
The Canadian $800-million ($744.7-million) Northern Courier project will consist of a 24-inch-diameter insulated steel pipeline to transport bitumen and a 12-inch-diameter steel pipeline....
