Nucor appeals Ukraine wire rod ruling

NEW YORK Nucor Corp. will appeal a recent U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) decision to let anti-dumping duties on wire rod imports from Ukraine expire, an attorney for the steelmaker told AMM.
The Charlotte, N.C.-based steelmaker filed a notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of International Trade on July 14, with a more substantive complaint due within 30 days of that date.....
