Odom Industries heading for auction

CHICAGO Metal fabricator Odom Industries Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection as it looks to restructure ahead of an Aug. 21 auction.
Stalking-horse bidder Hason USA Corp. has offered to purchase Odoms assets for $2 million and to retain Tim Odom, owner of the Milford, Ohio-based company, as chief of operations, according to documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Ohio.....
