PTC locks out workers at Ohio plant

NEW YORK PTC Alliance Corp. locked out unionized workers at its Alliance, Ohio, manufacturing facility July 28 after they voted down a proposed labor deal, AMM has learned.
"I guess Im not surprised. I knew that they had a contract that was up, and apparently both sides were playing hardball," a Midwest distributor source said. "The negotiations over the years between the union and PTC havent been smooth."....
