Siegel family returning to recycling with SC facility

PITTSBURGH The co-founders of Carolinas Recycling Group LLC (CRG) have returned to the industry with a metal recycling and processing facility in South Carolina.
Spartanburg-based Spartan Recycling Group LLC, which opened to the public last week, is headed by president Paul Siegel, vice presidents Steve Siegel and Ken Siegel and vice president of operations Mike Winkler.
CRG was one of the largest processors in the Southeast before it was acquired by OmniSource Corp. in 2008. The Siegel brothers left OmniSource in 2010 (amm.com, March 2, 2010). ....
