Kodak files lawsuit against banks, LME

NEW YORK Eastman Kodak Co. has filed an antitrust lawsuit against Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Glencore Xstrata Plc, the London Metal Exchange and others for allegedly scheming to inflate the value of aluminum stored in LME-approved warehouses.
Rochester, NY-based Kodak joins a myriad of plaintiffs who have filed similar lawsuits over the past 12 months (amm.com, March 11).....
