Worthington Industries buys MEF, JRE

NEW YORK Worthington Industries Inc. has added two companies involved in the energy sector to its fold.
The company has acquired Midstream Equipment Fabrication LLC (MEF) for $40 million, it said Aug. 1.
Skiatook, Okla.-based MEF makes patented horizontal heated and high-pressure separators that are used to separate oil field fluids and gas in the Eagle Ford Shale.....
