Glencore seeks exclusion from lawsuit

NEW YORK Glencore Plc has asked a federal judge to dismiss antitrust litigation alleging that the company conspired with several major banks and the London Metal Exchange to artificially inflate aluminum prices.
The Swiss-based mining and commodities trader asked a judge in U.S. District Court in New York to dismiss the company as a defendant because of a "lack of personal jurisdiction," according to court documents filed Aug 4.....
