WTO sides with US in export restriction dispute

NEW YORK The World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body has sided with the United States against Chinese export restrictions on molybdenum, rare earths and tungsten.
"This report marks the end of a long back and forth on this issue and marks the end of the line for this dispute," U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman said during an Aug. 7 conference call.....
