Redhawk, Anglo to develop Copper Creek

NEW YORK Redhawk Resources Inc. has signed a joint-venture agreement with Anglo American Plc to develop its Copper Creek project in San Manuel, Ariz.
The London-based global mining company will earn a 60-percent interest in the project by investing $44 million over a five-year period, with a commitment to fund at least $3 million in the first year. Anglo American could earn an additional 20-percent interest in the project by investing a further $20 million for the projects expenditures on or before....
