LOS ANGELES — Lawrence Holdings Inc. (LHI) has alleged that distributors in California and Indiana also were defrauded by a supplier of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

The Wallingford, Conn.-based metals service center chain was "not the sole target" of ASA International Ltd., its executives and related companies, LHI claimed in documents filed in U.S. District Court in Florida. LHI has accused Merrimack, N.H.-based ASA International, three executives and related companies of selling it a fraudulent ERP system (amm.com, Aug. 12).....
