Azure, Kennecott in deal on Mexico project

NEW YORK Exploration company Azure Minerals Ltd. has reached an earn-in and joint-venture agreement with Kennecott Exploration Co., part of Rio Tinto Group, to explore for copper at Azures wholly owned Promontorio project in northern Mexico.
The agreement is expected to be finalized soon, the West Perth, Australia-based company said Aug. 18.....
