US, India appealing parts of WTO steel decision

NEW YORK The United States and India have separately appealed parts of a World Trade Organization (WTO) ruling on steel trade between the two countries, with both governments faulting "issues of law and legal interpretation" in the July report.
The United States requested a review and clarification on the WTOs definition of a "public body," asking the organization to include entities that are majority-owned by governments and those where a government uses an entitys resources as its own. ....
