Sudbury Platinum finalizes Aer-Kidd deal

NEW YORK Sudbury Platinum Corp. (SPC) has closed its acquisition of a 100-percent interest in the mining rights to the Aer-Kidd nickel-copper-platinum group metals project in Ontarios Sudbury Basin for Canadian $1.25 million ($1.14 million).
The deal, announced earlier this month (amm.com, Aug. 12), sees SPC acquire the mineral rights to the project from Vancouver, British Columbia-based CaNickel Mining Ltd., as well as an "option to purchase 100 percent of the property surface rights from the Greater City....
