Rebar mills ask Commerce to reject Turkey’s complaint

NEW YORK A complaint by Turkish rebar exporters about the timing and content of a meeting in late July between U.S. rebar producers and Commerce Department officials should be rejected, the Rebar Trade Action Coalition said.
The letter from Turkish rebar companies is a "misguided attempt to impugn the departments integrity and present new legal arguments," attorneys for U.S. rebar producers said in an Aug. 26 filing.....
