GOES imports from 3 nations not hurting US

NEW YORK Imports of grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) from Germany, Japan and Poland are not injuring or threatening to injure the U.S. industry, the International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled Aug. 27, and as a result no anti-dumping duties will be imposed.
The 5-to-1 final determination nullifies the U.S. Commerce Departments assessment of dumping margins ranging from 78.1 to 241.91 percent on GOES imports from the three countries (amm.com, July 17).....
