    Jo Isenberg-O'Loughlin is executive editor of AMM. Jo has been covering the steel industry for over 30 years and has served as editor of AMM for the last 11 years – the most successful decade in the publication’s long history.

Bob Crandall

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to present
     Bob Crandall is a nonresident senior fellow at Brookings institute. Bob has a long history as an economist and academic has published significant works on the steel industry including The US Steel industry in Recurrent Crisis, and The Rise of Steel Minimill in the United States.


 

Bob Rogers 

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to Class of 2012 
     Bob Rogers is professor Economics at Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University. He has written extensively on the steel industry and in 2009 published An Economic History of the American Steel Industry.



 

Hans Mueller 

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to present 
     Hans Mueller is a steel industry consultant and academic. Hans is principle of TN Consulting and former professor at Middle Tennessee State. He has published over 6 articles in academic and technical journals, organized steel conferences and testified before Congress on three occasions.

 

Ian Christmas

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to present 
    Ian Christmas is the former director general of the World Steel Association. An economist, he has industry experience with British Steel and Foseco and joined Worldsteel in 1991 as deputy director.



 

Mario Longhi

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to Class of 2013 

    Mario Longhi is the former president and chief executive officer of Gerdau Long Steel North America. He joined Gerdau as president of the group’s North American operation in 2005 after 23 years with Alcoa.


 

Frank Koelble 

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to present 
     Frank Koelble spent over 40 years at Fordham University where he worked conducted extensive steel industry research alongside Father Hogan. He authored the Hogan Steel Archive which can be found at www.library.fordham.edu/steelarchive/steelindex.html.

Clyde Selig

Years of Committe Service: Inaugural Class to present 
     Clyde Selig is the former chief executive officer of Commerical Metals Steel Group, a division of Commercial Metals. He was an active participant with the Steel Manufacturers Association and various technical associations.

Herbert P. Fastert

Years of Committe Service: Class of 2012 to present 
    Herbert P. Fastert is managing partner of Advance-TEK LLC and Vice President Technology of ECO Steel Recycling LLC. One of his generation’s leading steel technologists, he is a former CEO of SMS Demag and played a leading role in the pioneering of the continuous casting of steel.
