NEW YORK — In an administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on imports of circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube (with outside diameters between 0.375 and 16 inches) from Thailand between March 1, 2010, and Feb. 28, 2011, the U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has set weighted-average dumping margins of 5.81 percent for Pacific Pipe Public Co. Ltd. and 1.23 percent for Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co. Ltd. The petitioner was Wheatland Tube Co.
