Keywords: Tags  ITC, refrrigerator-freezers, anti-dumping, countervailing, injury determination

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that imports of bottom-mount refrigerator-freezers from Mexico and South Korea are not injuring or threatening to injure U.S. industry, and as a result no anti-dumping or countervailing duty orders will be issued.

The Commerce Department had previously determined that imports of the product were being subsidized and sold at less than fair value in the United States.

The petitioner was Whirlpool Corp., Benton Harbor, Mich.
