NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration has issued preliminary results in the second administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on steel threaded rod from China from April 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011, according to petitioner Vulcan Threaded Products Inc., although the decision has yet to be published in the Federal Register.
The ITA has set a 56.07-percent dumping margin for Jiaxing Brother Fastener Co. Ltd. and its affiliated exporters, IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd., up from the original margin of 0.37 percent in the first administrative review. A number of other companies were assigned unchanged weighted-average margins of 55.16 percent, and the country-wide dumping margin remains unchanged at 206 percent.
The ITA is scheduled to issue its final results in September.
