NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) plans to rescind the anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of brass sheet and strip from Germany from March 1, 2011, to Feb. 29, 2012, at the request of petitioners GBC Metals LLC of Global Brass & Copper Inc., dba Olin Brass, Aurubis Buffalo Inc., Heyco Metals Inc., PMX Industries Inc. and Revere Copper Products Inc.
