NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined in the final results of an expedited sunset review that revocation of an anti-dumping duty order on pure magnesium in granular form from China would likely lead to material injury and issued weighted-average margins of 24.67 percent for China Minmetals Precious & Rare Minerals Import & Export Corp. and 305.56 percent for all other Chinese producers/exporters. The petitioner was U.S. Magnesium LLC.
