Commerce may open administrative reviews

The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is offering an opportunity for interested parties to request an administrative review of anti-dumping duty orders for the July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, period on clad steel plate from Japan; stainless steel sheet and strip in coil from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan; ferrovanadium and nitrided vanadium from Russia; and carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings, certain steel grating and circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from China.

The ITA also is offering the opportunity to request an administrative review of countervailing duty orders for the Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2011, period on certain steel grating, circular welded carbon quality steel pipe and prestressed concrete (PC) steel wire strand from China, as well as an administrative review of the suspension agreement with Russia on certain hot-rolled carbon flat products.
