NEW YORK The U.S. Court of International Trade has dismissed appeals against the Commerce Departments International Trade Administration ruling in a third five-year review of anti-dumping duty orders on brass sheet and strip from Germany.
The agency has assessed weighted-average margins of 3.81 percent against Wieland-Werke AG and an all-others rate of 7.3 percent.
Wieland-Werke had complained that the margins were too high, while domestic producers had complained they were too low.
