NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has published a number of scope rulings on imports of various metal products.
The ITA has determined that electrical rigid metal conduit steel and electrical metallic tubing are not within the scope of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on circular-welded carbon quality steel pipe from China; but aluminum ornamental fence and post products are within the scope of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China.
