U.S. Steel, Nucor appealing CIT ruling on hot-roll

NEW YORK — U.S. Steel Corp. and Nucor Corp. are appealing a U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) ruling that upheld the International Trade Commission’s decision to revoke anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled steel from Brazil and Japan (amm.com, Aug. 16).

U.S. Steel and Nucor plan to take the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals, according to filings dated Sept. 27 and Oct. 1.
