NEW YORK — In a final determination in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube (0.375 to 16 inches in diameter) from Thailand from March 1, 2010, to Feb. 28, 2011, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued weighted-average margins of 0.92 percent for Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co. Ltd., 8.23 percent for Pacific Pipe Public Co. Ltd. and 15.67 percent for all others.
The domestic petitioners included Allied Tube & Conduit Corp., TMK Ipsco, U.S. Steel Corp. and Wheatland Tube Co.
