NEW YORK — The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is requesting public comment on U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duties on various imports from China, including circular-welded carbon-quality steel pipe, light-walled rectangular pipe and tube, seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe, circular-welded carbon-quality steel line pipe, oil country tubular goods, circular-welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe, steel grating, wire decking, pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand, galvanized steel wire, high-pressure steel cylinders, steel wheels, magnesia carbon bricks, aluminum extrusions, crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (solar cells), raw flexible magnets, kitchen appliance shelving and racks, drawn stainless steel sinks and utility-scale wind towers.
