NEW YORK — All Green Recycling LLC has launched All Green Global LLC (AGG), a joint venture with RedOrange LLC, in an effort to boost market share.

AGG will bring new opportunities with U.S. government and military agencies, Fortune 500 companies and companies in the aviation and construction sectors, the Somerset, N.J.-based electronics recycler said.

RedOrange is a privately owned supply chain management, logistics and global procurement company based in Colorado Springs, Colo. It is owned by Mark Schaible and Sam Philip, both of whom will lend their supply chain expertise to AGG.

"I think the opportunities are abundant and we look forward to taking advantage of some of them," All Green Recycling chief executive officer Peter Jegou told AMM.
