NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has extended to Nov. 23 the deadline for Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. to respond to a questionnaire.

The questionnaire involves the agency’s anti-dumping duty administrative review of certain small-diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Romania for the period spanning Aug. 1, 2011, to July 31, 2012.
