NEW YORK — Wheatland Tube Co. has contested the final determination in the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on imports of circular-welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Thailand from March 1, 2010, to Feb. 28, 2011.

The ITA assessed weighted-average duty margins of 0.92 percent for Saha Thai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd., 8.23 percent for Pacific Pipe Public Co. Ltd. and 15.67 percent for all others (amm.com, Oct. 4).
