CHICAGO Wheatland Tube Co. and Michigan Seamless Tube LLC (MST) have agreed to jointly supply customers with A106 seamless pipe, the companies announced.
South Lyon, Mich.-based MST will exclusively market its products through Wheatland Tube, a division of Chicago-based JMC Steel Group Inc. In return, Sharon, Pa.-based Wheatland Tube will buy its A106 supply from MST, according to a statement Thursday from the companies.
The pact is expected to allow Wheatland Tube and MST to benefit from sales networks in both the United States and Canada, they said.
This agreement brings together two great companies who were both determined to better service the market, Wheatland Tube vice president of sales Randy Boswell said in the statement.
