NEW YORK — The Commerce Department has granted a JFE Steel Corp. request for an extension to Nov. 30 of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of large-diameter carbon alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe (more than 4½ inches in diameter) from Japan.
