NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration has determined that finished electrical metal conduit and finished electrical metallic tubing from LDA Inc. are not within the scope of an anti-dumping duty order.
The order covers circular-welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Mexico.
