NEW YORK — A federal bankruptcy court judge in Delaware has approved RG Steel LLC’s plan to provide a stipend to 21 "key" employees as the bankrupt steelmaker winds down operations at its now-idled mills, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
The United Steelworkers union had objected to the plan (amm.com, Nov. 16).
