NEW YORK Sivyer Steel Corp. has promoted vice president of operations Tim Mohs to the role of chief operating officer, the company said in a statement Tuesday.
Mohs, who has been with the Bettendorf, Iowa-based steel foundry for five years, will also assume the responsibilities of chief financial officer Frank Johnson, who is retiring after seven years with the company.
Mohs will also continue to oversee operations, a company spokeswoman told AMM. Dale Weeldreyer will succeed Mohs as vice president of operations.
The changes are effective immediately, the spokeswoman said.
