NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has told the U.S. International Trade Commission that it has received notices of intent to participate in sunset reviews of anti-dumping duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine and countervailing duty orders on the same products from India, Indonesia and Thailand.
