CHICAGO — MidWest Materials Inc. has named Kerrie A. Rusnak as logistics manager and Mike Alley Jr. as logistics coordinator.

Rusnak will be responsible for planning and executing daily dispatches of truck, rail and driver assignments to meet customer delivery requirements and maintain customer, vendor and carrier relationships, the steel service center said. He has held positions in non-steel purchasing and production at the company since 2006.

Alley will coordinate inbound and outbound steel shipments, as well as negotiate load agreements with potential carriers, the company said. He previously held an inside sales position at MidWest Materials.

Perry, Ohio-based MidWest Materials distributes hot-rolled, cold-rolled and coated sheet products.
