NEW YORK — The Commerce Department has notified the U.S. International Trade Commission that it did not receive adequate substantive responses from interested parties in the sunset review of anti-dumping duty orders on silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan and Venezuela, as well as an anti-dumping duty order on welded large-diameter line pipe from Japan.
 
As a result, the final results will be issued within 120 days.
