Commerce rules on steel threaded rod with chromium

NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a preliminary determination that imports of steel threaded rod containing 1.25 percent or more chromium by weight produced by China’s Gem-Year Industrial Co. Ltd. are within the scope of an anti-dumping duty order.

Comments are due within 20 days.
