NEW YORK — Nucor Corp. has requested an administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on imports of cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China from Nov. 1, 2011, to Oct. 31, 2012, according to the Commerce Department’s Import Administration.
The request involves steel plate produced and/or exported by Baoshan Iron & Steel Corp., Baoshan International Trade Corp., Bao Steel Metals Trading Corp., Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. and its affiliates and Shanghai Pudong Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.
