NEW YORK — The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has determined that imports of carbon and alloy steel piling pipe with an outside diameter of 3½ to 16 inches from China threaten to injure the domestic industry, and as a result dumping and subsidy duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.

The petitioner is Atlas Tube Canada Inc., Harrow, Ontario.
