NEW YORK — In its anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of stainless steel plate in coil from Belgium from May 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued manufacturer/exporter Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.82 percent.

The petitioners include Allegheny Ludlum Corp., North American Stainless Inc., United Auto Workers Local 3303, the United Steelworkers union and the Zanesville Arco Independent Organization.
