NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded carbon steel pipe and tube (not more than 16 inches in outside diameter) from Turkey from May 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011.

The ITA issued weighted-average margins of 6.05 percent to Borusan (which includes Borusan Group, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret AS and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret TAS) and zero to Toscelik (which includes Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi AS and Tosyali Dis Ticaret AS).

The ITA determined that Yucel Group and Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret AS had no reviewable entries during the period of review.
