NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has ruled in a sunset review that revocation of existing anti-dumping duty orders on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Germany and South Korea likely would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of at least 9.35 percent by German producers and at least 12.85 percent by all Korean producers except Posco, which had the order revoked.
The domestic petitioners are ArcelorMittal USA LLC, Nucor Corp. and U.S. Steel Corp.
