New bulk scrap sale to Turkey said concluded

NEW YORK — A U.S. ferrous scrap exporter has reportedly concluded a bulk sale with Turkey at $384 per tonne c.f.r. for a vessel carrying only heavy melt. If confirmed, the sale represents about a $7-per-tonne decline in export prices from the last U.S. sale to Turkey.
