NEW YORK — In the preliminary results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea from Nov. 1, 2010, to Oct. 31, 2011, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a weighted-average dumping margin of 6.54 percent for Husteel Co. Ltd. and a margin of zero for Hyundai Hysco.

The ITA rescinded the review with respect to A-JU Besteel Co. Ltd., Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd., Korea Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., Kumkang Industrial Co. Ltd., Nexteel Co. Ltd., SeAH Steel Corp. and Union Steel Co. Ltd.

The ITA also determined that there were no reviewable sales of the product from Mexico’s Conduit SA de CV, Lamina y Placa Comercial SA de CV, Mueller Comercial de Mexico S de RL de CV, Pytco SA de CV and Tuberia Nacional SA de CV during the period of review.
