Chinese producers excluded from anti-dumping review of carbon steel plate

NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined in a preliminary anti-dumping duty administrative review of cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China from Nov. 1, 2010, to Oct. 31, 2011, that Baosteel (including Bao/Baoshan International Trade Corp./Bao Steel Metals Trading Corp.) and Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. did not have shipments during the period of review, but shipments from Anshan Iron & Steel Group and China Metallurgical Import & Export Liaoning Co. should be liquidated at the China-wide rate of 128.59 percent. The petitioner was Nucor Corp.
